Had the worst thanksgiving ever in a hotel. Got no hot water for two days and the breakfast was just okay. They offered some fruit and bread but if you wanted anything else, it was quite pricey. The rooftop bar was a complete disaster, from the extremely loud music that went on until early hours to the unfriendly staff. On the positive side, the hotel had a nice design with a desert style touch and the air conditioning helped a lot with the heat. The location was also a plus, just a few steps from the main avenue and near the beach road.

This hotel was not what I expected. The cornered room was surrounded by the noise of traffic, the loud music from the neighboring bar, and the insanely loud music that reverberated through the open courtyard middle of the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The modern design and comfortable bed made me feel right at home. The rooftop pool offered a great view and was the perfect place to relax. The location next to the Tulum downtown made it convenient to explore the area. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. I highly recommend this hotel.

One drawback I experienced was the noise from the hotel bar and neighboring bars. However, the hotel bar usually stopped playing music around 11pm, so it didn't disrupt my sleep too much.

During my Easter trip, I enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's prime location. It was located near several shops and restaurants, making it a great spot to stay. I also appreciated the efficient and fast services that were provided during my stay. the breakfast provided was absolutely exquisite and plentiful.

the noise level in the room was quite high, making rest difficult. Though the hotel had potential, it was poorly managed, and there was no hotel manager to assist in addressing the many issues that arose during my stay.

Perfect location for exploring the city center, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities were very comfortable, including a lovely sun terrace outside my room. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast was included and there was a great variety of food available.
